Taking the Lead
A programme to improve professional practice
We have developed learning materials for senior managers and leaders in roles which have an impact on sustainable communities.
A series of three, two-day training workshops focussed on:
- Strategic thinking
- People skills
- Leadership in complex environments
Paper and electronic training packs, supporting the workshops will be available to participants and others keen to develop leadership skills for sustainable communities.
The first three training workshops were held in Wigan, London and Manchester. Further workshops will run later this year - dates and venue will be posted here when they are confirmed.
