Yorkshire & Humber: Town Teams Facilitator Development Programme
This programme aims to develop eight facilitators with the knowledge, skills and confidence to facilitate Town Teams.
Taking a homegrown approach to developing facilitators will enable long-term cost savings and ensure that knowledge and learning stays within the community. Facilitators will also be equipped to apply their expertise to other initiatives for the benefit of the wider community.
The learning lab aims to enable participants to:
- Develop a knowledge of facilitation tools and techniques
- Effectively prepare to facilitate an event
- Develop the skills needed to facilitate groups
- Understand group processes and how to manage these effectively
- Target audience: Town teams
