OJEU is used by public bodies to fulfil their legal obligation to advertise major tenders (worth more than €200,000) Europe-wide.
Advertising in OJEU ensures that all eligible firms have a chance to respond and be considered. Adverts are published daily in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), an online version of OJEU.
