Lifecycle costing
Lifecycle costing or whole life costing is a tool that can be used to model the environmental burden of a product or service in order to inform a choice that has the least environmental impact.
It looks at a full range of factors that go into production and delivery including materials, manufacturing processes, distribution, use and disposal.
