Housing Action Trust (HAT)
Six HATs were set up to regenerate some of the most deprived local authority estates in England (North Hull, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Castle Vale, Liverpool, and Stonebridge).
The schemes have closed, with English Partnerships responsible for any outstanding work.
