Core Cities
Established in 1995, the city councils of eight major English regional cities (Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield) work together to set out a vision of the distinctive role that big cities must play in national and regional life.
