Sharon Owbridge
Interim Executive Director of Business Development
Sharon started her career working in practice and specialised in tax planning and business evaluation. Latterly, she has worked on a number of initiatives focusing on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency across procurement, sales and finance departments.
Sharon joins the ASC having worked on a consultancy basis for a number of public and private sector organisations including The National Trust, Yorkshire Forward, Northwest Development Agency, Associated British Foods and Kingston Communications (Hull) Limited, Geest and Jarvis.

Finance & Performance Officer
Ross graduated in Accounts and Finance and has worked for British Energy in a similar role, with responsibilities for finance systems, procurement, and financial contract management. At RBS Insurance he was responsible for producing management information for insurance clients including Tesco Personal Finance, Virgin Money and MBNA. Ross has previous experience in the public sector with the Department of Health producing budgeting documents.

Emma Olney
Executive PA
Emma has a degree in Business Studies and has previous experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She previously worked for Common Purpose in Leeds as Programme Co-ordinator before taking a year out to travel. She then moved to a position at the Learning and Skills Development Agency, a national strategic agency for the development of policy and practice in post-16 education, before taking up her post at the ASC.
Emma is also a qualified Reflexologist and loves travelling, spending time in Cornwall, DIY and snowboarding.
